Pilogene was initially developed in the sixties by the late Alfred Charles Hanson as a treatment for Hemorrhoids. Apply a small amount to the palm of a dampened hand & stroke hands spreading evenly over finger tips. Apply with a gentle massaging action to troubled area. Dampen hands again, and work briskly to create a lather (adding a small drop of Pilogene if necessary). Alternatively a high quality sponge may be used during 2nd application. Normal body heat will quickly evaporate surplus moisture.

Repeat process as necessary, particularly after a bowel movement. Where washing facilities/privacy are inadequate, Pilogene can be applied neat. In such circumstances, carry out the above routine as soon as more suitable surroundings are available.
